(I'm really bad at subjects.)
When I started this account, I worked part-time in rl. I then landed a full-time job.
Which was great. Until I got laid-off. So here I am again, doing part-time work.
I have been inactive because of it, as well as more personal reasons. Not all bad: Seeing my teaching friends, seeing my still-in-their-undergrad friends, married stuff, Christmas. My brother being in the hospital wasn't fun. But he's much better now!
Ah, but tragedy brews plot bunnies, and plot bunnies I will unleash. Now to find some semi-active fanfiction communities and get cracking!
P.S. - Sometimes I will use this to blog/vent about my pre-teaching experience. I'm finding that offline life with a specialized degree and no real outlet is maddening.
